About Us

We are a non-denominational, not-for-profit organization that provides free access to physician services, diagnostic testing, prescriptions and over-the-counter medications to uninsured, financially needy members of our community.

GSPHS opened in January of 2008 to dispense free prescription medication to eligible residents in need from our on-site pharmacy.  Our volunteers assist residents in applying for free, long-term assistance for their brand-name medications through manufacturer patient assistance programs.  GSPHS also has a free walk-in Medical Clinic.  To qualify patients should have a valid ID, be uninsured and have income of no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level:

Please note that GSPHS dos NOT dispense any narcotic or controlled substances.

Our Volunteers

Good Samaritan Pharmacy and Health Services would like to thank those individuals who have donated their time and services to help our cause. We are a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers for the running of the day to day operations. Without volunteers we would not be able to provide our services to those in need.

Physicians, nurses, and medical assistant volunteers are needed to support our walk-in clinic services.  Licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are needed in our dispensing pharmacy.  In addition, other volunteers with communication skills are needed to serve as patient advocates.  These advocates enroll patients in free pharmaceutical manufacturers’ prescription assistance programs. Other volunteers fulfill clerical roles and general office needs.
